Q. What is the best way to view our site?

A. "Bookmarks" (in Firefox) or "Favourites" (in Microsoft Internet Explorer) are pages that you save so that you can access them easily each time you use your browser.

Q. How do I "bookmark" your web site?
A. Using Microsoft Internet Explorer/AOL:

1. Pull down the Favorites menu at the top of your screen.
2. Click Add to Favorites.
3. The next time you want to return to that page, just pull down the menu and click on that particular favorite to get there. (If the information looks old, click the Refresh button.)

Using Netscape:
1. Pull down the Bookmarks menu at the top of your screen.
2. Click Bookmark this page.

Shipping Policy

Q. What is your shipping policy?
A. All orders are shipped the next working day, depending on the time of day the order was placed and stock availability. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

We are not able to ship orders to more than one address at the same time. However, if you would like to have specific items shipped to different addresses, please place each order separately.

Due to restrictions set by our shipping carriers, we can only ship orders within the UK by our Standard, Special & Next Working Day Shipping Methods. Delivery times for Standard, Special and Next Working Day rates are within UK only. All overseas shipping is charged a flat rate of £4.00 per order.

Shipping Rates

Q. What are your shipping rates?
A. We offer three shipping options and rates for UK orders. Please note that orders placed on Friday's will take slightly longer to arrive.






Q. Will I receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped?
A. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and estimated delivery time depending on shipping method selected.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. The normal postal delivery times for all orders delivered within the UK is five working days from date of dispatch.(Please note that working days do not include weekends and UK Bank Holidays)

Shipping Overseas

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We aim to have your parcel dispatched out to you within 24 hours and it should arrive with you within ten days. Due to variances in overseas postal services, depending on where your books are to be delivered, this can take up to 14 days.

Payment Methods

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. At present, we accept on-line payments using Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. To make these on-line payments simply type in the card number and expiry date when you go through the MIRAbooks.co.uk checkout.. Your card will be debited once your order has been dispatched.
